This particular client runs a small local communion dress and accessory shop in Ireland. At the time, they found that purchasing the dresses and accessories proved to be quite expensive as they had to buy it from the UK or Germany. We were asked to see if we could source similar designs for cheaper prices, without sacrificing quality. After working with the client, we identified two factories and three dress designs, alongside over 10 different types of accessories. We were able to consolidate the products into one shipment and deliver it to the customer, with great feedback on the design and quality.
